Dr. Apostle Idell Cheever is a native of Savannah, GA.  She is the founder and General Overseer of the Pentecostal Miracle Deliverance Center International Ministry, Inc.  This ministry was founded in 1962, with three (3) people in her home.  Now, the Lord has blessed the ministry to have churches in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Jamaica West Indies.

The Lord has blessed Dt. Cheever mightily with a Bible College, Nursing Home, Tract, Prison & Street Ministry, Women On The Frontline & Men of Integrity Leadership, Youth Convention and General Deliverance Convention which are fully functional entities of the PMDC organization.  She was on television for over 27 years and radio for over 39 years.

Dr. Cheever. Received her BA Degree (Born Again) in May 1961 and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary in July 1995.  Bishop and Apostle Cheever were married for 35 years before he went home to be with the Lord.  She is the mother of five (5) children and thousands of spiritual children.  She is a trailblazer for the Lord Jesus Christ.
